PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily install a drain pipe in a street inlet for a prescribed insert length and easily install a filter by integrally forming a fitting groove and a drain pipe insert stop part on a cylindrical seal ring. SOLUTION: A synthetic resin-made seal ring 3a is formed of a cylindrical ring body 31, a fitting groove 32 and a stop part 34 formed thereon. The fitting groove 32 is fitted to the peripheral part of a drain pipe mount hole 11 formed on the circumferential wall of a polypropylene-made street inlet body 1 to fix the seal ring 3a, and a polyvinyl chloride-made drain pipe 2 is inserted to the ring body 31 and butted to the stop part 32 to install the drain pipe 2 to the street inlet body 1. Further, a locking part may be integrally formed on the opposite side to the stop part 32 to install a filter formed of a circular frame and a mesh body fixed thereto. Accordingly, the drain pipe 2 can be easily installed to the street inlet body 1 in a prescribed insert length through the seal ring 3a to prevent the leakage, and the filter can be easily installed.
