PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clean a floating particle in a discharge gas flowing together with a cut beam by mounting beam jetting nozzles arrayed in a V shape for horizontal spraying and nozzle bars arranged at one side or both sides having plural mist jetting nozzles to align with a cut line under a cutting torch and a strand. SOLUTION: A water for granulating of 30-60 m3/h and 3-9 bar is supplied. A nozzle bar 9, in which plural beam jetting nozzles 10 and plural mist jetting nozzles 11 are arranged in several folds and in a V shape, is used. The beam jetting nozzles 10 are positioned right under the slag flow molten jetting from a cutting torch, granulates/solidifies the slag and performs adhesion prevention and pulverize the slag. An upper side V shape line has five pieces of the beam jetting nozzles 10, a second V shaped line does not have the beam jetting nozzle 10 at an enter lower side, two mist jetting nozzles 11 are arranged to a clearance side lower side of the outside of the upper side V shaped line and two mist jetting nozzles 11 outside thereof.
