PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently and profitably producing an agarose gel. SOLUTION: This method for efficiently and profitably producing an agarose gel comprises setting plural gel holders to a gel-producing tray 9 in a direction parallel to the electrophoresis direction of the gel-producing tray 9 and/or in a direction perpendicular to the electrophoresis direction of the gel-producing tray 9, and then inserting a metal plate panel 7 into a space between one end of the gel-producing tray 9 and a gel holder surface perpendicular to the electrophoresis direction or into a space between the gel holder surfaces perpendicular to the electrophoresis direction. The gel-producing tray 9 has sealing rubbers 10 adhered to its surfaces perpendicular to the electrophoresis direction. The metal plate panel 7 has rubber pieces 8 adhered to both its lower ends. |
