PURPOSE: An apparatus for concentrating and transmitting radio data using a satellite is provided to rapidly predict a change in a natural phenomenon and to previously prevent a dangerous situation by installing a transmitting unit at an unattended area and transmitting the data collected at the transmitting unit to a satellite so that a receiving unit can receive the data of the transmitting unit through the satellite and record and manage them. CONSTITUTION: Physically observed signals, sensed at a sensor part(100) installed in a transmitting unit, is amplified and digitalized through a sensor data conversion part(110). Such signals are concentrated at a control and connection part(10) for a required time. After the required time, the signals are converted in a data format through a baseband processing part(20), an error compensation part(30B), a modulation part(30A), a up-converter(40A), an HPA(High Power Amplifier)(50A) and a feed part(60A) so that a satellite can receive them. In this manner, the data are periodically transmitted to the satellite through an antenna(70A).
