PURPOSE: The system and the method for drawing lots with automatization and verification are provided to allow an applicant to check the correctness of the procedure and the result of the drawing, by previously disclosing a drawing method, by supplying the information of the procedure, a winning possibility and a winning condition, and by automatically reporting a wined number. CONSTITUTION: A web site(15) promotes a drawing event. A plurality of clients(11) apply for the event via a computer, a cellular phone and wired and wireless communication means. A plurality of web sites(14) are linked to the web site(15). The internet(12) provides the clients(11) with communication means. A drawing server(13) controls all procedures of the drawing event so that it can be proceeded clearly and fairly. The server(13) includes an applicant database, the means for opening the drawing method, automatic drawing means, and the database for an anticipated wined number. The server(13) further includes the means for searching the winning possibility and condition, automatically reporting means, verifying means and central processing means.
