DEVICE FOR AUTOMATICALLY ADJUSTING WATER SUPPLY FROM NOZZLE FOR FIRE TRUCK

PURPOSE: A device for automatically adjusting water supply from a nozzle for a fire truck is provided to protect a motor even though the motor is rotated more by a switch on stopping a female screw tube and a ball supporting cylindrical frame by stop pins. CONSTITUTION: In an automatic adjuster for water supply, a motor(11) and a decelerator(11a) are installed in a stop case(10) attached to a nozzle. A female screw tube(21) is installed in a moving case(20) attached to an adjusting ring(3) to contact with a male screw bar(12). The male screw bar inserts stop pins(13a,13) in the front and the tail end to limit the movement of the female screw tube. A ball supporting frame(30) is inserted between the male screw bar and the female screw tube and many through holes(31) is penetrated through the wall of a cylindrical frame. The male screw bar and the female screw tube are engaged each other by inserting a ball(32) in the through holes. Thus, the rotation of the male screw bar is delivered to the female screw tube through the ball.
