摘要 location of objects. SUBSTANCE: given position determining system is intended for localization of objects situated in points to which signals of Global Positioning System do not penetrate. In agreement with first version system incorporates Global Positioning System receiver and unit restoring clock synchronization. Computer receives data on position of object and accurate time. Computer computes new orbital data for four pseudo-satellites as minimum. Pseudo-satellites are antennas mounted inside closed or screened space which send data to receiver. In correspondence with second version data on position of pseudo-satellites are entered into computer without Global Positioning System receiver. Standard time signal is used in this case. Computer computes orbital data for each pseudo-satellite and sends time signal and astronomical coordinates of each pseudo-satellite. Delay taking into account delay of propagation due to different length of connecting cable for each satellite is made part of time signal.
