<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make securing of reliability of a memory and increment of the number of times of write-in compatible by replacing data of a data block with data of a learned value block when the number of times of writing learned values update-processed on a non-volatile memory block in a non-volatile memory block reaches the prescribed value. SOLUTION: In a process changing a block storing learned values at the time of the number of times of block limit of an EP-ROM, a block in which data other than learned values are stored, for example, data of a block 16d in which data previously set for operation are stored, are stored in a block 17a in which learned values are stored hitherto. And a block in which learned values in a RAM are stored is changed to the block 16d in which data previously set for operation hitherto are stored, and learned values are stored in the block 16d. Thus, a block storing learned values in an EP-ROM is changed at every number of times of block limit.</p> |
