PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress abnormal vibrations of an electromagnetic shield part by fastening an electromagnetic shield which is formed by bonding, laminating and integrating magnetic steel plates to a tank wall adjacent to a coil and a connecting conductor. SOLUTION: An electromagnetic shield 21 is formed by bonding with adhesive magnetic steel plates, cut into a rectangular shape and integrating them, and is fastened to the inner walls of a lower tank 4a and an upper tank 4b. An adhesive exhibiting a high adhesive strength such as epoxy base adhesive is used or welding is performed for bonding. The cross-sectional secondary moment and the cross section coefficient are increased dramatically by increasing the height of the shield. Reduction in plate thickness of the tank and downsizing of a reinforcing member can be realized by designing the strength of the tank, by directly welding the electromagnetic shield 21 formed through bonding and integration of the magnetic steel plates. The space for mounting the electromagnetic shield 21 can be reduced, the weight is reduced, and sagging of the multilayer magnetic steel plates is prevented. Also, since the electromagnetic shield 21 is bonded to the tank through direct welding, level of vibration and noises during operation can be suppressed.
