PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition improved in stability by bringing an aqueous alkali ion solution to contain a specific ascorbic acid derivative (salt) without being an intophoresis liquid composition and solving problems such as heat stress and hydrolysis and the like caused by oxidation. SOLUTION: The objective composition is obtained by bringing (A) an alkali ion water to contain preferably 0.01-50 wt.% of (B) an ascorbic acid derivative (salt) expressed by the formula (R1 to R4 are each OH, an ester of OH with an inorganic or organic acid, a glycoside of OH with a saccharide, a ketal of OH with a ketone or a ketal of OH with an aldehyde, here, R1 and R2 are not OH at the same time), (e. g. sodium L-ascorbate-2-monophosphate) and bringing the composition not to be an iontophoresis liquid composition. The ingredient B is preferably a highly pure L-ascorbic acid derivative (salt) containing <3.0 mass % of oxalic acid and <0.3 mass % of ascorbic acid. |
