PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a secondary battery having high productivity, capable of tightly fitting a positive and negative electrode materials, a separator and the like to one another without causing entrainment of the air, and capable of laminating respective layers at correct positions. SOLUTION: This method is used for manufacturing a secondary battery in which a battery element 4 composed by laminating a positive electrode material 1 and a negative electrode material 2 through a non-flowable electrolyte layer 3 containing an ionic metal salt is incorporated. In this case, after the tips of the positive electrode material 1 and the negative electrode material 2 each retaining the non-flowable electrolyte 3 or its precursor are brought close to or abutted on each other by using a guide member, the positive electrode material 1 and the negative electrode material 2 are laminated by squeezing both of them and by jointing them together such that the abutted part sequentially progresses to the other end side. |
