PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant voltage circuit capable of measuring the leak current of a MOSFET for output voltage control and preventing the destruction of a peripheral part connected to an output terminal by selecting a constant voltage circuit from the results of the leak current measurement. SOLUTION: A switch 28 is inserted between the output of a comparator 27 and the gate terminal of a MOSFET 23. Because the output of the comparator 27 is not supplied to the gate terminal of the MOSFET 23 any more when the switch 28 is turned off, the MOSFET is turned off. When an input voltage is supplied to an input terminal 21 in this state and an output current is measured at an output terminal 22, the leak current of the MOSFET 23 can be measured.
