The end profile (1) for a pitched tiled roof is clipped over the end of the roof skin (7), with a L-shaped roof retaining profile (1.7) screwed to the roof skin formed integral with a roof lath retaining profile (1.11) and a vertical end plate (1.1). The end profile is fitted to the end face of the roof skin in an angled position for locating the profile foot (1.5) beneath the roof skin before tipping the end profile, so that the roof retaining profile and the roof lath retaining profile are each brought into position before screwing to the roof skin and the roof lath (5) respectively.
