PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a skin lotion excellent in chapped skin-preventing action and chapped skin-improving action and capable of exhibiting aging-preventing effect by preventing flap of skin, loss, etc., of skin gloss by formulating lysolecithin with a specific amino acid. SOLUTION: This skin lotion is obtained by formulating (A) a lysolecithin with (B) at least one kind of compound selected from serine, alanine and trimetylglycine. It is preferable that the skin lotion comprises 0.001-1.0 wt.% component A and 0.01-10.0 wt.% component B. Thereby, objective effect is expected and the skin lotion free from side effects and used for preventing and improving chapped skin is provided.
