PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify an assembly work, and to miniaturize a control panel by realizing a simple and compact constitution. SOLUTION: A front panel 100 is provided with a circular hole 101, and the ring-shaped operating part of a ring-shaped button 200 is exposed through the circular hole 101 to the front side, and the ring-shaped button 200 is provided with plural operating protrusion f1-i1 at the back side and a central hole 222. A frame body 300 is constituted as a frame body to be engaged with the back side of the panel, and provided with a center button 311 to be inserted from the back side into the central hole 222, and this center button 311 is elastically supported by legs 312 and 313. Also, this frame body 300 is provided with elastic arms 303-306 for applying an elastic force to the surface side direction to the ring-shaped button 200, and engaged with and attached to the back side of the panel.
