SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of alternatively mounting on frame supercharger and gas turbine engine at preliminarily aligning axes of shafts of supercharger and gas turbine engine; marking axis on frame; placing targets in terminal cross sections of said axis; after mounting supercharger eccentrically mounting irradiator onto shaft of supercharger; rotating shaft and adjusting special position of supercharger matching axes of shaft and frame; mounting turbine of gas turbine engine and aligning axes of their shafts; mounting irradiator onto shaft of turbine of gas turbine engine and reflector - on shaft of supercharger. EFFECT: possibility for providing necessary accuracy degree at mounting units of gas pumping aggregate without their preliminary assembling, enhanced manufacturability of process and improved alignment of axes. 3 dwg
