PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute an inexpensive and highly reliable motor where the corrosion or break of a rare earth magnet does not occur even in high- temperature and high-pressure environment, and besides the induced electromotive force of the motor does not drop. SOLUTION: An epoxy adhesive 5 including a phenolic or block isocyanic hardener is applied, as a nonamino hardener, on a rare earth magnet 4 made of sintered Nd-fE-B. Then, this rare earth magnet 4 is inserted into the die-cut part of an iron core 2, and the epoxy hardener 5 is hardened in one hour at 120 deg.C, and then a rotary shaft 3 is shrink-fitted to make a rotor 1. As a result, a motor of excellent property where corrosion or break does not occur in the rare earth magnet 4 even in high-temperature and high-pressure environment and besides the induced electromotive force(EMF) hardly drops can be obtained.
