PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the connection with an external coplanar circuit and to reduce the loss accompanying the connection by forming ground surfaces at two places on the same surface with a signal line across the signal line nearby the microstrip line end parts of respective ports. SOLUTION: One hole is bored in the center part of a substrate 1 and a magnetic body component 2 is fitted in the hole. On the rear surface of the substrate 1, a conductor is printed as a ground 5 and on the top surface, conductors are printed as a microstrip line 3 and a ground 4. The ground 4 and ground 5 are electrically connected through a via hole 6. Namely, conductors 4 are formed at two places on the same surface as the signal line 3 across the signal line 3 nearby the microstrip line end parts of respective ports and electrically connected by using the ground 5 and via hole 6 on the rear surface of the substrate 1. Thus, the magnetic body component 2 can be integrated and constituted on one circuit board 1 with high mechanical precision by boring the hole in the substrate 1.
