PURPOSE: A method for quantitatively measuring pigment peel-off of a fluorescent substance is provided to quantitatively analyze and obtain reliable data with reducing the time and the costs required for wet analysis. CONSTITUTION: A method for quantitatively measuring pigment peel-off of a fluorescent substance includes the steps of separating slurry of the fluorescent substance attaching pigment centrifugally, leaving upper solution obtained after separating centrifugally for subsiding naturally, diluting the upper solution after subsiding, measuring spectrum of the sample solution within the range of 400 to 700 nm by using a spectrophotometry, measuring a standard spectrum by diluting pigment same as the pigment used in the fluorescent substance attaching the pigment at various density, estimating the density range of the pigment of the sample solution by comparing the spectrum of the sample solution with the standard spectrum, calculating the absorption coefficient by wavelengths at 1 ppm intervals using the standard spectrum and formula 1 £T=Ae -alphac| to the estimated density range, wherein T denotes transmissivity, A denotes a constant, alpha denotes absorption coefficient, and c denotes density, calculating the pigment density from the formula 1 by using the transmissivity of the sample solution spectrum and the absorption coefficient.
