PURPOSE: A remote control type heating/cooling air conditioner is provided to reduce electric power consumption by changing a preset temperature for an air conditioner through a radio communication network system during a time period when an electric power consumption is high. CONSTITUTION: A heating/cooling air conditioner(10) comprises a radio transmitter/receiver(20) for receiving instructions from a base station(30) for controlling operation of the air conditioner during a time period when an electric power consumption is high, and transmitting a response data for the relevant device to the base station. |
