PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking device and a vehicle leaving interrupter for parking device allowing a vehicle to be rapidly moved in and out of a parking space, capable of surely preventing an illegal leaving, preventing it from becoming an obstacle for passing such as pedestrian and, when a parking garage is not used, capable of providing it for use as a smoothly passable roadway. SOLUTION: A locking plate is installed, in the state of being fallen down, under bodies of vehicles a, a', a" parked within the normal ranges of parking spaces PS1 to PS4 so that the upper surfaces of a vehicle leaving interrupters 1a, 1b are approximately flush with a road surface. The vehicle leaving interrupters 1a, 1b are formed so that one end part of the locking plate is connected to a rotating shaft rotated by a drive body in a casing, the locking plate is erected from the upper surface of the casing through the rotating shaft or fallen down to a flat surface approximately flush with the upper surface of the casing and, when the casing is fixed into holes of specified depth provided in the road surface, a height from the bottom surface to the upper surface of the casing is set so that the upper surface of the fallen down locking plate and the casing is roughly flush with the road surface. |
