PURPOSE: A seaming pipe for preventing a noise is provided to easily assemble the product, shut out a noise generated when the flow of the fluid is changed, and prevent the damage of the seaming pipe due to freezing by installing a cover part to cover the outside of the seaming pipe at a predetermined gap. CONSTITUTION: In a seaming pipe for preventing a noise having an inlet port for flowing the fluid and a discharge port for discharging the fluid, and combining caps(29a) combined in the inlet port and the discharging port by a screw for tightening inner diameter of the inlet port and the discharging port, wherein a right cover part(10a) having a right adhesive part(11a) and a left cover part(10b) having a left adhesive part(11b) are formed in the external surface of the seaming pipe to be fixed by symmetrically touching each other, and a spacing part(17) is formed by installing the right and the left cover parts to cover the seaming pipe.
