PURPOSE: A construction method for underground remains-laying room of a charnel house is provided to prevent dew condensation by constructing a charnel house underground and exposing only a roof. CONSTITUTION: A construction method for underground remains-laying room of a charnel house comprises the steps of; excavating, and paving gravels on the floor of remains-laying room, and installing drain pipes that have inundation holes(31); installing bars on the gravel layer and concreting; installing molding forms on the edge, and installing bars on the inside of mold forms; exposing the drain pipe of floor and installing air vent pipes(19) to be exposed to the inside of retaining wall; installing bolts(27) to be exposed to the outside of mold forms, and binding one end of covering wire with bars and exposing the other end to the outside of mold form; concreting; fixing a guide(22) of elevator(21) and fixing a rubber gasket(24) on the upper part of retaining wall.
