PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to securely fix a cover without arranging a formation of a conventional square hole on a wiring board. SOLUTION: A bow shape slit through hole 9 is formed on a wiring board 7, and a flat catching nail 10 with its front end 10a bendable for matching the bow shape through hole 9 is formed on a cover. When the catching nail 10 is fitted through the through hole 9, the front end section 10a of the catching nail 10 returns to the original shape from the bent shape to be engaged to an edge of the through hole 9.
