PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a power utilization efficiency on a transmission side. SOLUTION: A wave hansmitting pulse P in which a dual apodization, in which a non-linear FM chirp by a frequency window function Wf and an amplitude modulation by an amplitude window function Wa are combinedly used, is used instead of a dual apodization by dual amplitude modulation. Since the amplitude at the beginning and the end of the wave emitting pulse P is not smaller than that of the conventional one of dual amplitude modulation, an excessive electric power wasted by a wave transmitting amplifier can be reduced, and a power utilization efficiency can be improved.
