PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coffee serving apparatus capable of cooling coffee in a moment without deteriorating its flavor, measuring the quantity of coffee precisely for pouring the coffee into a cup, and serving both iced and hot coffee. SOLUTION: A cooler 11, an agitator 12, and a helical coffee cooling pipe 17 are disposed along the inner wall of a cooling water tank 10. Drip coffee, passing through the cooling pipe 17 via a middle funnel 14, is cooled in a moment to reach a saving tank 18. Since coffee is indirectly cooled by means of cooling water, the coffee is kept cold in a satisfactory condition. Coffee in the saving tank 18 is measured in a measuring barrel 3 by way of a coffee feed pipe 20, then is poured into a cup precisely by the operation of a brewing cock 4. If a three-way valve is mounted just under the middle funnel 14, the piping extending to the front of the device main body, with a brewing cock mounted, hot coffee can also be served. |
