PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a daily readily ingestible food having taste improving actions. SOLUTION: This taste improving agent is obtained by using a mulberry leaf containing zinc as a raw material. The method for using the mulberry leaf as the taste improving agent includes a method for drinking the mulberry leaf as a mulberry tea, further a method for pulverizing the mulberry leaf and mixing the pulverized leaf with a food, a method for extracting the mulberry leaf with water, hot water, a hydrous alcohol or the like and including the resultant extract, etc., in the food. |
