PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the regulation of exciting force with a simple structure and to exhibit a regularly stable damping effect according to the change of pneumatic pressure or the magnitude of vibration by providing a capacity regulating means for changing the capacity of a working air chamber for adding the exciting force between two mounting members by the internal pressure change. SOLUTION: Since the negative pressure force of a negative pressure source 19 is increased in the stoichiometric operation of an internal combustion engine, the partitioning rubber plate 47 of a switching air chamber 51 is sucked to a bottom metal fitting 37 side against a coil spring 55 to increase the capacity of a regulating air chamber 53 communicating with an exciting air chamber 63. The pneumatic pressure fluctuation extends to a working air chamber (the exciting air chamber 63, or exciting air chamber 63 and the regulating air chamber 53) according to the switching of a selector valve 81, and the axial exciting force also extends to an exciting plate 59 forming the wall part of a pressure receiving chamber 77. Consequently, the pressure change extends to a pressure receiving chamber 77, and a relative exciting force is transmitted between two mounting metal fittings 13, 15 through a non-compressive fluid sealed therein to exhibit a damping effect. |
