PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give an unevenness to a surface and use it as a non-slip or the like under the state that the advantages of lightweight and high strength peculiar to MDF are utilized as they are. SOLUTION: This medium density fiber board has an intermediate medium density layer having the specific gravity of 0.4-0.8, a front and a rear high density layers having the specific gravity of 0.8-1.4 and, at least an outermost layer, which locates outside either one of the high density layers and has the specific gravity of 0.4-0.8. On the surface of the outermost layer, ink is printed unevenly. The printing of the uneven ink is executed with a printing roll, on the surface of which an intaglio is made, by charging the ink in the intaglio and scraping off the excess ink with a doctor device 8 and urging against the outermost layer. As another means, the printing of the uneven ink is executed against the outermost layer by extruding the ink through the perforations of a stencil plate.
