PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector for semiconductor element and a mounting circuit device, in which the semiconductor element having mainly a narrow (small) pitch and small-diameter pad can be repaired easily. SOLUTION: This connector for semiconductor element is provided with an insulation layer 2, having a small film thickness, a group 2 of terminals with a recessed section 2a which are formed and arranged on the main surface of the insulator layer 1 and correspond with the electrode of the semiconductor element, a hot-melt adhesive conductor 3 filled in the recessed part 2a of the terminal 2, and a group 4 of conductive bumps into which the insulator layer 1 is inserted, so that their tips are connected electrically with the terminal. In the case, where the insulator layer is made of transparent resin, positioning on the wiring surface can be performed visually. In addition, a mounting circuit device has a structure, where semiconductor elements are mounted to a wiring board, and the connector for semiconductor element is made to be inserted.
