PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electron gun for a cathode-ray tube hardly allowing a break of a support member such as a multi-home glass without increasing the number of components and the number of processes. SOLUTION: This electron gun for a cathode-ray tube has a multi-home glass 15 insulatively supporting several electrodes at prescribed intervals. At least one of the respective electrodes comprises several plate-like components 90a, 9c formed with electron beam passing holes 91, 92, 93 and a drawn component 9b. A tip part of at least one sheet 90a of the respective plate-like components 90a, 9c is bent along a side wall of the drawn component 9b. The tip of the bent part 90c is formed with a uprising piece 90b perpendicularly rising to an insulative material, while the uprising piece 90b is implanted in the insulative member.
