PURPOSE:To suppress power demand within a control target value without degrading a production efficiency by a method wherein, when the power demand tends to exceed the control target value, the production schedule of a production line is so rearranged as to have the power demand not exceeding the control target value. CONSTITUTION:An intelligent cubicle controller 25 receives a production schedule from a main controller 27 and calculates an estimated power demand. The calculated results are transmitted to the main controller 27 side in order to be available for reference at any time on the main controller 27 side. The estimated power demand P is compared with a control target value PO in the intelligent cubicle controller 25 and, if there is a tendency of PO<=P, in that state, without transfer to normal demand control, an estimated power demand changing instruction is outputted. The instruction is received on the main controller 27 side of a LAN 23 and the change of the production schedule is processed. |
