PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance heat dissipating and cooling effect of a control electric part without requiring any extra part or design revision by bringing the control electric part of a refrigerator into contact with the metallic part of the refrigerator direct or through a highly heat conductive substance thereby utilizing the metallic part of the refrigerator as a heat dissipation plate for the control electric part. SOLUTION: A containing chamber 3 is formed of a sheet metal 2 on the back face part of a refrigerator body 1 and the opening of the containing chamber 3 is applied with a cover 4. A wiring board 5 mounting a control electric part 6 is secured in the containing chamber 3 by means of a securing member 7. The control electric part 6 is brought into contact with the cover 4 through a highly heat conductive substance 8, e.g. an aluminum plate. Consequently, heat of the control electric part 6 is discharged to the outside through the cover 4 by utilizing the cover 4 entirely as a heat dissipation plate. When a flexible matter, e.g. a silicon rubber, is employed as the highly heat conductive substance 8, the control electric part 6 is surely brought into tight contact with the cover 4 and heat dissipating/cooling effect can be enhanced.
