<p>The present invention is a water-in-oil emulsified cosmetic comprising (A) a complex obtained by mixing an ampholytic surfactant or semi-polar surfactant and higher fatty acid, and (B) an inorganic salt and/or amino acid salt, in ortder to provide a water-in-oil emulsified cosmetic with excellent stability over time and superior usability which allows emulsification of a large amount of water in a wide range of oils from polar oil to non-polar oil.</p> |
