PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the strength of a joint part and a structure by filling a space between precast members with the fiber reinforced hardening material for bonding in the joint structure formed of precast members such as pillars, beams and walls made of the precast concrete. SOLUTION: Each joining surface of a pillar 1 and a beam 2 respectively made of the precast concrete is formed with a recessed part 3 with the predetermined space so as to form a rugged surface 4 (irregularity). Both the joining surfaces formed with the rugged surface 4 are faced to each other with the predetermined space, and a space between them is filled with the filling material (fiber reinforced hardening material) 5 for joining. Furthermore, a pre-stress steel bar 6 is arranged so as to pass through the pillar 1 and the beam 2, and a fixing tool 7 is fixed to the ends thereof, and the predetermined precast is led in. With this structure, weight of a structure such as a pillar, a beam and a wall formed of the precast member can be reduced, and proof stress and durability thereof are improved.
