PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit house high in the combination freedom of dwelling functions, easily built up and easily pulled down and removed when unnecessary so as to be recycled. SOLUTION: This unit house is formed by connecting a plurality of booth units each formed by connecting a hut unit to the upper part of a dwelling unit. The dwelling unit has a framed structure 40 of almost rectangular solid shape formed by jointing column members and horizontal members, and the column members and horizontal members are rigidly jointed in the short side direction of the framed structure 40. Bearing walls 41 of specified width formed by connecting corner columns C1 and studs C2 integrally through bearing panels P or braces, are arranged at both ends of the respective long-side sides of the framed structure 40.
