<p>The invention relates to a method for the one-piece manufacture of a flexible pouch (2) and a rigid shell (3) that are intended to be joined to a dispensing member (4) such as a pump or a valve in order to form a fluid product dispenser, the method comprising the following steps of: - providing a mould (M1, M2) that defines a cavity (C) for the one-piece moulding of the pouch (2) and the shell (3), the mould comprising at least two mould cavities (M1, M2), between which the cavity (C) is formed, and - injecting molten plastics material into the cavity (C) so as to form the flexible pouch (4) and the rigid shell (3) together and at the same time, characterized in that the method also comprises the following step of: - moving the cavities (M1, M2) with respect to each other along an axis (X) by a predetermined distance so as to reduce the useful volume of the cavity (C), while the cavity (C) is being injected with molten plastics material.</p> |
