PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cargo from being scratched easily, manufacture a straw- like wire basket at low cost, and improve its safety. SOLUTION: A rubber tube 15 having resistance against pressure is inserted and covered in outer periphery of a wire rope between each continuous joint part (z) of net parts 11b, 11c of a straw-like wire basket 11 during knitting. Metallic sleeves 16 are compressed at terminals e, m,... of the wire rope of the net parts 11b, 11c in which a wire rope in an outer frame part 11a is inserted in the orthogonal direction.
