PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and quickly perform a file inserting operation, and improve an office work efficiency by providing a glue layer in a manner to fix documents on the internal wall surface of through holes after forming a document layer in a manner to form the though holes by stacking papers with holes when the documents are filed in an optical penetrating type filing utensil. SOLUTION: When documents are filed in an optical penetrating type filing utensil, perforated papers wherein holes are provided at specified locations are stacked in such a manner that the locations of respective holes may meet, and a document bundle 3 is prepared in a manner to form through holes 1. Then, a glue layer 2 is arranged on the internal wall of the through holes 1, and the document bundle 3 is fixed. When this is used, a fixing utensil which is attached to a binder is inserted by adjusting to the locations of the through holes 1, and documents are bound. In this case, the document bundle 3 is fixed with the glue layers 2 at the locations of the though holes 1, and even how widely the open side of the documents is opened, at the through holes 1 which are insertion sections for fixing utensils, the documents do no separate to respective papers, and the documents can be easily inserted in the fixing utensil.
