PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent air reservoir from forming between a skin material and the outer surface of a product by forming the skin material on the outer surface in such a state that a well air-permeable synthetic resin nonwoven fabric is interposed. SOLUTION: A polyester nonwoven fabric 4 is interposed between two olefin resin sheets 2, 3, each of the olefin resin sheets 2, 3 being laminated with the nonwoven fabric 4 as a three-layered structure. In addition, a skin material 6 is provided on each of the olefin resin sheets 2, 3 through a nonwoven fabric 5 of the same type as the intermediate nonwoven fabric 4, and this skin material 6 is formed of a non-air permeable olefin resin sheet. Thus air can be trapped in the nonwoven fabric 5 as the fabric 5 is interposed between the olefin resin sheet 2 and the skin material 6 in anticipation of the air-permeability of the nonwoven fabric 5. Consequently, the air is prevented from being trapped 19 between the skin material 6 and the olefin resin sheet 2.
