Release agent

A mold release agent comprising an aqueous emulsion containing a condensation- or addition-crosslinking silicone system (A or B respectively) with at least 2 components and (C) aqueous colloidal silicic acid (silica sol). An Independent claim is also included for a process for vulcanizing pneumatic tires in which a mold release agent as described above is applied to the bladder and/or the tire blank before vulcanization.
