PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make surely cuttable a toilet paper one handedly with a simple structure of a toilet paper holder. SOLUTION: The toilet paper holder 1 has a holder main body 4 of an almost U shape in a plane view which has a base section 2 and a pair of arm sections 3 for supporting a roll retaining shaft penetrated in a core section of a rolled toilet paper 5, and a paper cutting plate 10 covering an upper section of the rolled toilet paper 5 vertically, moveably and axially supported at a center of a rear edge of a side of the base section 2. A stopper arm section 15 extending generally downward between the base section 2 and the rolled toilet paper 5 is formed in one body at a rear edge section of the paper cutting plate 10. A stopper member 16 for stopping a rotation of the rolled toilet paper 5 is provided to the stopper arm section 15 in an approachable or separable state.
