PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circular elastic strip sewing machine capable of sewing rightly even if there is a difference in the circumference of a body fabric. SOLUTION: The circular elastic strip sewing machine has a wrapping device 3 around which a circular elastic strip and a body fabric are wrapped, a sag measuring device 4 that measures a sag in the body fabric wrapped around the wrapping device 3, a correction device 5 that removes the sag in the body fabric by pulling both fabrics (elastic strip and body fabric) on the basis of the result of measurement of the measuring device 4, and a sewing device 6 that performs sewing while feeding peripherally the fabrics from which a sag is removed.
