PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a medicinal preparation, which can be taken by mouth easily without needing water at any time by including, in the tablet, a finely divided composition containing an acid-unstable physiological material, which is coated with an enteric coating material, and additive. SOLUTION: This preparation in the form of tablet disintegrating in the oral cavity contains (A) a fine composition which contains an acid-unstable physiological material (preferably benzimidazole-based compound, more preferably lansoprazole) at 10 wt.% or more, is coated with an enteric coating material, and has an average particle size of 400 μm or less (preferably 300 to 400 μm), and (B) an additive (preferably water-soluble sugar alcohol). The component A preferably contains a basic inorganic salt. It is also preferable that the coated composition for the component A is further coated with a layer containing water-soluble sugar alcohol. This provides a preparation disintegrating in the oral cavity, easily taken even by an aged person or infant, and expected to show excellent disintegrating and water-soluble characteristics. |
