PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated floor having a following property after the expansion/shrinkage of a concrete floor substrate by grinding/polishing/cleaning the concrete substrate, applying a primer excellent in adhesion and an adhesive property, an undercoat and an intermediate coat, then applying a urethane resin having an expansion property as a finish coat for finishing. SOLUTION: This coated floor is finished through a substrate process, primer coating, undercoating, intermediate coating, polishing/cleaning and finish coating. An epoxy resin or the like is used for the primer, undercoat and intermediate coat, and a conductive material is preferably added to the resin to apply conductivity. The surface of the hardened intermediate coat is ground/polished/cleaned by a polisher using an abrasive material, and the finish coat is applied. A urethane resin is used for the finish coat. The coated floor well follows after the expansion/shrinkage of a substrate, cracks hardly occur, and it is excellent in shock resistance. Since it is blended with the conductive material, it is excellent in antistatic performance.
