SOLUTION: Small bag sections Q swelling into the protruded shape are formed on a lower band film at the given intervals in the longitudinal direction, and articles P are stored in the small bag sections Q, and the upper plane-shaped film is overlapped on the upper side of the band film to seal the peripheries of the small bag sections Q and form continuous packaging bags sealing articles P on a continuous packaged article R, and folding overlapped sections 9 of both side sealed sections S2 of the lower band film forming the swellings of the small bag sections Q are stored almost in the widths of the small bag sections Q and bonded and sealed on the upper band film.
