PURPOSE: A doorframe attached with a wrapping element and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to mass-produce the doorframe by standardizing a main body element and side coupling elements, thereby reducing the manufacturing procedure and the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a doorframe attached with a wrapping element includes the steps of forming a main body element(210) formed by attaching lower, intermediate, and upper layers respectively formed of different materials by pressure and cutting by a predetermined size and shape, side compressing coupling elements(220) of corresponding size and shape at both side surfaces of the main body element by edge bending, forming a stopper coupling groove part(216) on the main body and rounding corners of the coupling element, wrapping the top surface of the main body and an outer surface of the coupling element with a wrapping element(240), and forming a stopper part by inserting a coupling protrusion part(232) of a stopper(230) into the stopper coupling groove to be protruded upwardly more than the wrapping element attached on the top surface of the main body.
