PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a point of a jack and a road surface from being damaged by regulating the operation of an outrigger and the jack when the jack is in a docked state, and the outrigger and the jack are simultaneously operated, so that the operation of the outrigger is regulated when the jack is not in a docked state in the operation of the outrigger. SOLUTION: A car body supporting device 30 is provided with a jack condition detecting sensor 51 for detecting the grounding and accomodating condition of each jack 35, and an outrigger condition detecting sensor 53 for detecting the overhanging and accomodating condition of the outrigger 33. A controller is provided with an operation regulating circuit 63 for regulating the operation of the outrigger 33 and the jack 35 when the docked state of the jack 35 is detected by the jack condition detecting sensor 51, and the outrigger overhanging operation and the jack extending operation are simultaneously executed. When the jack 35 is not docked in the outrigger docking operation, the operation of the outrigger 33 is regulated. Whereby the road surface and earth plate can be prevented from being damaged.
