PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain improvement of operability of a steering wheel, by providing a movable unit approachable/separable relating to an operating seat in an operating part, also providing the steering wheel in the movable unit. SOLUTION: An elliptic movable unit 12 is arranged in an upper surface of an operating part 5, also a steering wheel 4 is rotatably provided in a tip end part thereof. A base end part of the movable unit 12 is pivotally mounted turnably in the directions g, h in a support shaft 4a provided in the operating part 5. Consequently, the movable unit 12, reciprocated to turn at a prescribed angle with the support shaft 4a serving as the center, can change an attitude into an operation attitude making the steering wheel 4 approach to an operating seat 6 and a storage attitude separating the steering wheel from the operating seat 6 stored on the operating part 5. That is, the steering wheel provided in the movable unit 12 can be moved to at hand of a worker seated in the operating seat 6 at work time. In this way, the steering wheel can be operated at hand by the worker in an easy attitude. |
