A combustion apparatus according to the present invention has a combustion vessel for receiving combustion air from the outside to combust a solid fuel supplied thereto. The combustion apparatus comprises: a cylindrical combustion chamber covered by an inner wall inside the combustion vessel to combust a solid fuel supplied to a fire grate; a fuel supply pipe vertically installed under the combustion vessel to guide a solid fuel into the combustion chamber; a fuel injection bowl into which a solid fuel is injected from the outside; and a first fuel transfer part which includes a hydraulic cylinder, a cylinder rod to be taken out from the hydraulic cylinder, and a push member joined to the end of the cylinder rod to supply a solid fuel to the fuel supply pipe and which supplies a solid fuel injected into the fuel injection bowl to the fuel supply pipe. The combustion apparatus continuously supplies a solid fuel to the combustion chamber through the fuel supply pipe with the operation of the hydraulic cylinder of the first fuel transfer part. |
